Job Title: Retail Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Assist in training and developing store employees to enhance performance.
• Act as a product and brand ambassador, promoting Skechers' values and products.
• Help manage inventory and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
