POSITION SUMMARY
PerfectVision is looking for a Retail Acquisition Manager to join our team. We are looking for the best and brightest talent in the industry and a professional who understands the value of delivering consistent results. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and acquiring entrepreneurs who are interested in owning their own retail business. He or she will work closely with our onboarding team in bringing on new Video, internet, and Mobility Residential and Commercial entrepreneurs for DIRECTV, Spectrum, T-Mobile, Windstream, Frontier, Earthlink, Optimum and Viasat. Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Own Partner Acquisition for the Video, Internet, and Mobility programs and understand all aspects of each product category. Programs include DIRECTV, Spectrum, T-Mobile, Windstream, Frontier, Earthlink, Optimum and ViaSat.
- Develop and maintain leads lists to generate new entrepreneurial prospects to bring into the retail subscriber business.
- Comfortable working in an office environment making 20-40 recruiting cold calls per day to entrepreneurs looking to sell Video, Internet, and mobility products and services.
- Familiarize yourself with all recruiting tactics and strategies to find new entrepreneurial Prospects
- Communicate with prospects about program direction, deliverables, and next steps
- Function as a strategic business partner to grow dealers’ business across all programs.
- Be a resource for the company on retail partner acquisition
- Work with Outside Territory Managers to identify areas with growth opportunities within specific geographical areas where Video, Internet, and mobility dealerships are needed.
- Work with our internal on-boarding team on new Residential/Commercial entrepreneurial prospects.
- Assist in special projects as requested from members of leadership.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members within the department and throughout the organization.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and prompt attendance at work is a primary function and requirement of this position.

Education
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience
- Two to four years related experience in a related role preferred.
- OR three to five years related experience in a partner acquisition role preferred.
- OR General knowledge of business practices and terms.
Computer Skills
- Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding, and replying to messages, attaching computerized files, utilizing calendar and task reminders, viewing calendars, sharing calendars, creating, and sending meeting requests, and creating contact lists.
- Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar to perform various functions, importing/exporting documents, and calculating numbers.
- Microsoft Word – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as changing margin settings, page orientation, and paper size, insert headers, footers, and non-text objects.
- Internet Explorer or other web browsers – Basic level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as navigating through websites via hyperlinks and searching websites using various search engines and boomerang searches.
- General knowledge of how to use a calculator, scanner, copy machine, fax machine, printer, telephone, and various standard office equipment.
- Working experience using SalesForce and Microsoft BI are a plus.

- Proficient in intermediate mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and calculation of fractions, percentages, ratios, and measurements.
- Primary language used to perform this job is English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Inside, air conditioned and heated office environment with cubical work areas.
- Occasionally exposed to moderate noise levels as the work areas are arranged in a cubical environment with surrounding co-workers speaking to customers.
