Description
Retail Account Coordinator responsibilities include performing in-store support, managing and mentoring Beauty Educators, reviewing performance, time and attendance, ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.
Retail Account Coordinator should be able to perform efficiently in a retail and home office environment, demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, manage people, ensure operations run smoothly and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Beauty Educators to excel in their role
- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and Beauty Educators
- Conduct regular performance check-ins
- Document employee performance and coaching
- Manage time & attendance
- Partner with scheduling team for necessary changes
- Ensure company, brand, and retailer standards are met
- Partner with supervisor and HR to handle escalations in a timely matter
- Achieve sales goals
- Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app
Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing people.
- 4 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional conduct in-store
- Excellent brand and product education & training skills
- Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
