Restorative Nurse

Our Skilled Nursing Facility, located near Chicago Heights, IL is seeking a Restorative Nurse, RN or LPN, experienced in coordinating and supervising restorative programs in a skilled nursing facility.

Restorative Nurse Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and supervises restorative programs within the policies and procedures of the facility.
• Development of restorative services using person-centered care.
• Completes MDS assessments relating to restorative.
• Creates a restorative plan of care.
• Coordinates schedule and restorative program with therapists.

Restorative Nurse Qualifications:

• Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of IL
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility
• Previous Restorative experience.
