Shifts

1. Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the implementation of restorative care plans designed by physical and occupational therapists.
2. Work directly with patients to perform exercises and mobility activities.
3. Monitor and document patient progress, providing updates to the restorative team.
4. Offer support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive and motivating environment.
5. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean space for therapy sessions.

Qualifications

1. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
2. Experience in a restorative or rehabilitation setting is required.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
