Job Details

Oversee and manage a team of workers on various restoration projects, ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Coordinate and supervise activities related to restoration, renovation, excavation, drywall, site work, carpentry, glazing, framing, and demolition.
Assess damage and develop comprehensive restoration plans, including timeframes, resources, and budget.
Ensure all restoration work complies with safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work is being carried out to the highest standard.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, and property owners to facilitate claims and ensure all work is completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
Manage and resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in restoration and renovation.
Proven experience in managing a variety of restoration projects, including water and fire damage, commercial projects, and remodeling.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficient in using various tools and equipment required for restoration work.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions when necessary.
Certification or training in restoration, construction, or a related field is highly desirable.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
