As a Restoration Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing home restoration projects related to fire and smoke damage, water and mold remediation, storm damage, and large losses. Your expertise will be crucial in restoring homes and properties to their original condition, ensuring client satisfaction, and making a positive impact on our community.
Responsibilities:
Manage restoration projects from assessment to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and homeowners to execute restoration plans effectively.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
Optimize cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect work progress, ensuring compliance with restoration standards and specifications.
Pay meticulous attention to details during the restoration process.
Client Communication:
Foster positive relationships with homeowners, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the restoration journey.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including field staff and administrative personnel.
Encourage teamwork and effective communication.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in home restoration projects, specifically related to fire and smoke damage, water and mold remediation, storm damage, and large losses.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding specifications, and managing restoration processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
