Brand Champion

Administration

• Develops sales forecasts and manages the team to achieve maximum revenue.
• Maintains food and equipment inventories, conducts daily and weekly inventory counts and keep inventory records.
• Schedules team member hours and assigns duties.
• Creates, communicates, implements, and follows up on all required people, operations, and financial action plans.

Maintain Facility

• Monitors and maintains compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security and fire policies, standards, and regulations.
• Identifies problems, conducts high-level troubleshooting, and seeks repair/maintenance support for restaurant equipment to ensure equipment is operational.

Physical requirements

• Regularly required to stand the entire shift.
• Frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. 
• Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; stoop; bend; shake, stir, and pour; and reach with hands and arms. 
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. 

Educational Requirements

• Min 2 years Restaurant General Manager experience 
• ServSafe Certification or willing to get within training period. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work long hours
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Customer service skills
• Knowledge and ability to meet financial goals
• Results driven
• Ability to increase sales
• Recruiting experience is a plus
