Job Summary: Big Dean's Hot Chicken is seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare food according to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant dining room, front line, restroom, and kitchen areas.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet restaurant goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
