Polished Restaurant Sous Chef Experience Requirements:

• Moderate volume 2+ million net sales scratch preparation
• Solid tenure with a desire to grow
• Culinary knowledge with scratch food experience only
• Italian and Seafood experience is a plus

Polished Assistant General Manager Compensation:

• 60-65K base with bonus program 10%
