Are you passionate about culinary excellence and ready to bring your talent to a high-end fine dining experience? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef, contributing to an upscale but approachable menu, training kitchen staff, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency
- Manage kitchen safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
- Step in for the Executive Chef when needed and collaborate on innovative specials and seasonal dishes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
- High standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and communicate effectively with team members
