The primary responsibility of a Server is to provide friendly, efficient, accurate and responsive service to create a memorable experience for our customers. The Server describes menu items, assists customers in making food and beverage selections, takes and places orders, delivers food and beverages, and assists fellow team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- As a server you are responsible for greeting your guests, presenting menus if necessary, and explaining daily specials.
- Be extremely knowledgeable of all menus and be ready for any questions a guest might ask.
- Knowledgeable on Beer, Liquor and Wine Menus. Ability to help a guest choose the right drink or bottle of wine.
- Be very aware and sensitive of any food allergies, and YOU are responsible for informing the kitchen of any and all allergies.
- Take careful and accurate food and beverage orders and be extremely familiar with our Restaurant Manager system.
- Know seat numbers and ring in your order accordingly.
- Help to run food out of the kitchen as well as drinks from the bar to the correct tables
- Able to pace out and time your tables food and beverage orders according to the pace of the dining room as a whole.
- Prepare itemized checks and take payment.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of all your tables. Making sure your guests are dining in a tidy, uncluttered table.
- Be responsible for your fair share of running and end of the night side work.

- Must be a team player, upbeat, outgoing, and have a positive attitude.
- Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Punctual with regular and reliable attendance.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management and co-workers.
- Multi-task oriented; ability to perform multiple job functions and take care of multiple customers at one time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, be able to continuously walk, stand and bend during shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
