Responsibilities: ● Provide vision and leadership for FOH & BOH Operations at each store ● Set strategy for operational systems and processes at each store. ● Develop leaders to support the FOH & BOH Operations at each stores ● Ensure FOH & BOH Operations and Development systems support the overall strategy of the company ● Set all operational budgets (Labor, Food, Repairs, etc) and work with Senior Directors to ensure that they are followed and corrected when needed ● Meet 1on1 with Senior Directors to discuss the business and problem solve to improve results ● Meet with any other leaders throughout the business to provide support, encouragement, and help to manage any conflict between the team ● Explore and implement new ways to improve operational efficiencies at both stores ● Assist in leading the weekly All-Director Meeting ● Analyze the P&L statement, IPO report, Customer Engagement reports, and all other relevant reports to make decisions to improve the business ● Daily walkthrough the restaurants ensuring all systems are being followed ● Facilitate the sharing of employees who work at both stores ● Regularly meet with team members and leaders, where necessary, to help facilitate and improve team ● Work with Senior Directors to create quarterly and annual plans and goals ● Work collaboratively with other Executive Directors, Managing Director, and Operator to set overall company strategy and ensure all areas of the business are supported and company goals are met ● Participate in quarterly team building events ● Create clarity in defining job responsibilities and performance scoreboards for all operational roles ● Culture catalyst to intentionally foster, protect, and grow a healthy and positive culture at each restaurant ● All other tasks as assigned Required Competencies ● Thinks strategically and casts vision: able to see and communicate the business goals with the ability to use forward thinking and planning ● Communicates effectively: communicates clearly and professionally, sets clear expectations, able to lead crucial conversations with tact and empathy ● Time Management: organization, high capacity, meets deadlines, prioritizes most important goals, and makes wise decisions ● Adapts and Innovates: copes with stress and change, adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions, generates new approaches to problems ● Identifies Talent & Fit: identities and retains Top Talent, putting them in the right position to succeed and best impact the business ● Develops People: coaches team in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles ● Growth-oriented: Explores new ideas and opportunities to produce results for the CFA business ● Continuous Improvement Leadership: intentionally and proactively leads the team to meet our potential in a God-honoring way ● Organizational Builder: skilled in organizational strategy and execution; thinks, builds and leads like an executive ● Culture Guardian: models Core Values, creates a positive atmosphere, lives out the CFA Corporate Purpose ● Faithful Steward: invests and multiplies what has been given to them to steward Requirements/Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators ● Food Safety Score ● Net Profit ● Sales Growth ● Customer Service Metrics Leadership Time/Week - 45 Hours/week Requirements: ● Full-Time, 45+ hours per week, open availability required. ● Candidate has autonomy over their schedule. Five days a week.
