Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
2. Maintain high standards of food quality and service
3. Manage front of house staff and ensure exceptional guest service
4. Handle food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory
5. Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
6. Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting and reporting
7. Recruit, train, and coach staff for success
