WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A RESTAURANT MANAGER

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to directly supervise and support our team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and bus persons in providing top-notch table service that aligns with our restaurant's service standards and specifications. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the restaurant/bar area and equipment, enforcing company standards and procedures, and scheduling and staffing based on business needs. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and maintaining a cohesive team.
