Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service, leading and motivating a team, and ensuring that operational standards are met consistently. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, customer satisfaction, food quality, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
Lead, train, and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor costs to optimize restaurant performance.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Maintain inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure proper stock levels.
Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety, employee conduct, and customer service.
Ensure smooth execution of events and special promotions to drive business and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a team, with a focus on training and development.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
