How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie at Copperleaf is seeking a Culinary Manager to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure the highest quality food and nutritional services in accordance with our established procedures. As a Culinary Manager, you will deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life. You will also do menu planning, budgeting and inventory, occupational health and safety, along with staffing and scheduling. Imagine the smile on the faces of our residents and staff when you help them achieve their best.

Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Weekend rotation & Holidays are required.   

What you will need: 

•  Must possess training and work experience in culinary field. 
• Must be certified in Food Handling according to state guidelines, or be willing to become certified.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
