Restaurant Manager - Toastique

OPENING IN NOVEMBER! Toastique is a boutique gourmet toast, juice, and coffe bar offering a fresh, chic, rustic experience that perfectly transitions from early on-the-go breakfast to corporate lunch to post sweat session fuel up. Toastique offers fresh, seasonal, and responsibly sourced products and a feel-good atmosphere all day long.  We take pride in using quality ingredients for your bodies while doing something we are proud of everyday. Our mission is to make eating healthy accessible and exciting, simple to understand and appreciate, and easy to enjoy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Full comprehension of all job duties in the store
2. Ensuring employees are fully trained and understand the menu
3. Scheduling employee shifts
4. Keeping track and ordering inventory
5. Hiring and training new employees
6. Always maintain cleanliness of the store
7. Responsible for getting shifts covered for an absent team member
8. Works closely with Shift Leads and team members making sure food quality and excellent customer service is met
9. Fulfilling catering orders, large deliveries, and participating in community events
10. Working with Owners to ensure the store is maintaining food & labor cost goals
11. Taking notice of corrective action whenever a team member does something against the Toastique standards
12. Ensures all in-store signage is up to date and all employee resources are current
13. Constant communication with the Owners to ensure the store is successful

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of Hospitality Industry experience
2. Food Safety Manager Certification
3. Previous Leadership Experience

SALARY EXPECTATIONS AND ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

1. Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience
2. Bonus Structure: Quarterly bonus based on labor and food costs percentages
