Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, bar, and catering services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve financial targets.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and encouraging professional development among staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure the availability of quality products.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize restaurant performance.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Coordinate and oversee private events to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.

• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
