Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Inspire, train, and manage a team of dedicated staff members.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective cost-control measures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume setting.
- A commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of employees.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and guest relations.
- Stong F&B knowledge and a passion for creating a 5-star experience.
