IHOP - Immediate Restaurant Assistant Manager Needed

Responsibilities include:
- Execute local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees
- Manage the restaurant floor with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with SOP in areas such as recruitment, training, food safety, and sanitation
- Supervise recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
- Complete reports and paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain personnel files with necessary documents
- Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
