Pancho & Jane, a vibrant and contemporary Mexican-themed restaurant, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. Inspired by the flavors of Colorado, our restaurant is a fusion of traditional Mexican flavors and modern culinary innovations, set in a lively and welcoming atmosphere in Golden, CO.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging team growth.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and maintain a menu that reflects a mix of traditional and modern Mexican cuisine.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality ingredients and cost-effective operations.
- Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and private functions.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a heavy beverage focused restaurant or similar concepts
- Passion for craft cocktails and staying up-to-date with beverage trends.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a diverse team
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial reports
- A passion for Mexican cuisine and a commitment to providing high-quality dining experiences
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
