Job Responsibilities:

As a Front of House Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Oversee and ensure efficient restaurant operation in Newtown Square, PA
• Strive to uplift the customer experience, from the first greeting to the final goodbyes
• Be responsible for hiring, training and managing restaurant staff
• Maintain a welcome, engaging, and high-performing dining environment
• Handle customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Balance staffing levels and labour costs to achieve a profitable return
• Implement policies and protocols that will ensure compliance with food safety practices
• Collaborate and work closely with the head chef to create special menus for events
