Think of this role as being the captain of a ship, steering both the team and the guest experience toward success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the right-hand person to the General Manager, leading the charge in creating a space where both guests and staff feel valued. With a focus on teamwork, quality, and communication, youll help shape every element of the guest experience, ensuring that excellence is delivered daily.

- Lead with Passion: Youll be the motivational force that drives the team to new heights, coaching and mentoring them to be the best version of themselves, much like a coach guiding players to victory.
- Create Memorable Moments: Every guest interaction should feel like a perfectly crafted experience, where you anticipate their needs and ensure they leave with a smile.
- Be the Glue Between Teams: Youll seamlessly bridge the gap between front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring that service flows smoothly, just like gears in a well-oiled machine.
- Handle the Details: From inventory to opening and closing duties, youll be the one keeping things on track, ensuring all systems are go.
- Support Growth: Youll help build the teams skills, nurturing their development and ensuring theyre prepared for whatever challenges come their way.
- Stay on Top of the Numbers: Managing cash, controlling costs, and keeping an eye on the budget is your way of ensuring the business sails smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining or high-level hospitality settings.
- A deep understanding of front-of-house roles and the ability to guide the team through the fast-paced environment of a restaurant, much like a conductor leading an orchestra.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with staff, management, and guests.
- An ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly, ensuring smooth operations even when things get busy.
- Knowledge of restaurant financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and using POS systems like Toast.
- A hands-on approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the action when needed.
- The stamina to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, keeping up with the demands of the role.
