Job Responsibilities

For Front of House (FOH) Managers:
 

• Lead FOH operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and memorable dining experiences.
• Recruit, train, and schedule hosts, servers, and bartenders for optimal efficiency.
• Optimize seating arrangements and customer flow for smooth operations.
• Manage and resolve customer feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.

For Back of House (BOH) Managers:
 

• Oversee kitchen staff to maintain food safety, efficiency, and compliance with health codes.
• Support inventory management and cost-effective kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with FOH teams for seamless communication and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership skills with at least 2+ years of FOH or BOH management experience in hospitality or food service.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to lead a professional team.
• Expertise in customer satisfaction strategies or kitchen management practices.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
