Executive Chef Matthew Resler (who helmed menus at Temecula’s Public House and the Rustik Fork in Riverside) will create the new eatery’s brunch, lunch, and dinner offerings. Benny and Mary’s will feature dishes like chopped kale salad with green and purple kale, Korean short rib tacos with bulgogi-braised short rib and house-made kimchi, bucatini with house-made fennel sausage and pistachio pesto, and a 12-hour braised short rib osso bucco with amaretto-butternut squash puree.
We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager (2 years of consistent management experience, preferably in fine dining) who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys building relationships with our guests while keeping our high standards throughout the restaurant daily. Our eclectic ambiance and elevated offerings will provide our guests with a unique experience that will certainly be remembered. The right candidate will provide the support and leadership to the entire team and contribute positively to the culture of our restaurant. Team work is vital to our success, we win together and we will sometimes lose together. However, we will own mistakes quickly and go above and beyond to fix our shortcomings to ensure our guests feel the genuine passion and care before leaving our building. We want a fun and united team whose synergy together is evident to all that walk through our doors.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of consistent management experience, preferably in fine dining.

Job Duties
- Manage the bar program (liquor, beer, wine)
- Manage inventory, orders and invoices
- Communicate clearly with management team verbally and written
- Prepare schedules
- Process payroll
- Run floor shifts and provide assistance, as needed
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and uniforms)
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback from genuine table touches
