Our fast growing restaurant group (opening multiple units in 2024), needs talented Restaurant Managers looking for professional growth. We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Restaurant Managers. Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
This is a Non-General Manager role. Leading daily operations and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests, is priority one. This role requires expertise in staff development, operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Support GM in FOH Restaurant Operations: Act as a leader for front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance by managing workflows, delegating tasks, and resolving operational challenges. Oversee all FOH staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers, to deliver exceptional service.
Hiring, Training, and Development: Participate in recruitment efforts to build a strong FOH team. Conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and ensure proper training programs are in place. Provide ongoing development opportunities through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to ensure team excellence and retention.
Staff Management: Collaborate with the GM to establish and enforce service standards, maintain a strong team culture, and foster a positive work environment. Address employee concerns and facilitate communication between FOH staff and management to build morale and engagement.
Scheduling: Create and manage FOH schedules to optimize labor costs while ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak service times. Adjust staffing plans in response to sales trends, special events, or last-minute changes.
Inventory Controls: Monitor FOH supply levels, including beverage inventory, small wares, and consumables. Coordinate with suppliers and the kitchen team to maintain proper stock levels, minimize waste, and control costs.
Customer Service: Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service. Ensure staff consistently deliver welcoming, attentive, and professional experiences. Step in as needed to assist with guest interactions and problem resolution.
Building Patronage and Positive Culture: Partner with the GM to develop strategies for increasing repeat business and guest loyalty. Create an inviting atmosphere by promoting teamwork, celebrating achievements, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
Financial Review: Assist the GM in analyzing sales data, labor costs, and inventory reports to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Participate in management meetings to discuss financial performance and operational improvements.
Cleanliness and Safety: Oversee FOH cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any areas of concern promptly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for hygiene and safety.
Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Implement measures to improve guest satisfaction and ensure all patrons leave with a positive dining experience.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant management leadership role, with a proven track record of operational excellence and team development.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and health standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain a safe dining environment.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities, including staffing, inventory management, and financial oversights.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
A customer-centric approach, with the ability to build guest relationships, address concerns promptly, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of a dynamic restaurant environment.
