As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing service steps, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Along with other managers, you'll ensure compliance with all employment policies, look after the cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensure the safety of guests.
Your role will include providing or directing front-of-house training, managing performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline. You'll also manage liquor orders and control costs, while enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
You'll be involved in developing key employees, assistant managers, and hourly workers by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones. Your responsibilities also include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, recommending hires, setting employee hours and weekly schedules, and assigning tasks.
