Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety.
2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
3. Manage all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and addressing any performance issues.
4. Work closely with the Chef to plan menus, set prices, and ensure consistent quality of dishes.
5. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and in a timely manner.
6. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that the restaurant is always stocked with necessary supplies.
7. Regularly review and update restaurant policies and procedures.
8. Maintain a high level of communication with staff, customers, and upper management.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years experience in a restaurant (both front and back of house preferred).
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
3. Proven track record of effectively managing a team and driving sales in a restaurant setting.
4. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
5. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Passion for Kosher cuisine a plus.
