Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Boulder area. The ideal Restaurant Manager balances cost control, guest relations, staff training, motivation, efficient operations, and collaborative team building to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and food expenses effectively
• Establish rapport with guests and address their concerns while embodying hospitality
• Organize staff schedules and product procurement in alignment with sales figures
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to achieve common objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
