Title of Position: Service Manager
Job description: Our Service Managers must be able to lead within their department level of operations. The right individual for this position will be able to sustain growth and show a track record of increased profits as well as strong sales. Service Managers are responsible for creating an atmosphere in the restaurant that builds energy, vitality, and fun. Service Managers will be responsible for maintaining the companies’ standards of operation and follow all company procedures. Selecting highly skilled, service-oriented, and hospitality-focused service team members. Ensuring service team creates positive connections with guests, makes educated suggestions, and provides strong teamwork. Handling the monthly beverage inventory process and completing weekly liquor, beer, and wine orders. Educating staff on the execution of new beverage and product rollouts. Creating service team department schedules. Writing and delivering performance reviews and performance counseling promptly.

Qualifications:
- This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- The Service Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Service Manager
- Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction a requirements for the Service Manager
- The Service Manager should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
