Since 1996, we have been providing a refined and authentic Italian dining experience, combining imported Italian ingredients with the finest local products. With three premier locations in Honolulu—including two in Waikiki and one in the luxurious Kahala Hotel & Resort—we pride ourselves on offering outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm yet elegant ambiance. We do have 2 locations in Japan, one in Osaka and the other in Kyoto.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment. A passion for hospitality, fine dining, and wine knowledge is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and motivation to achieve company goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to unlock their potential and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure the highest levels of service, food quality, and ambiance are maintained at all times.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of wine pairings and educate staff and guests about our curated wine list.
- Identify and resolve guest concerns with a focus on turning opportunities into successes.
- Work collaboratively with peers and superiors to resolve conflicts and improve operations.
- Manage controllable costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and supervisors.
- Lead by example, consistently upholding and exceeding company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong understanding of wine, food pairings, and culinary presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to coach, train, and retain top talent.
- Ability to resolve guest and operational challenges effectively and professionally.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a high-pressure environment.
