Restaurant Line Cook - Mandolin

Mandolin, an established contemporary Southern restaurant, in Raleigh, NC, is looking for talented, professional Sous Chef. Must have exceptional culinary skills. Fine dining back round is a plus. Must demonstrate strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Responsibilities will include sourcing and ordering ingredients, creating seasonal menus, managing inventory, hiring and training staff, running daily operations of the kitchen, working stations on the line, and expediting during service. Must have strong work ethic and great attitude.
