We are looking for an adventurous, hard-working General Manager for our South Boston location, a unique concept restaurant that serves the late-night crowd exciting alternatives to the usual fare. If you have a chef's background, love kitchen innovation, and have a great taste in food, this is the perfect opportunity. Job Qualifications:

• Preferred Associates or bachelor’s degree in business.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in restaurant management.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal/written).
• Food Handlers training: ServSafe and Allergen Awareness (preferred).
• Flexible work schedule and the ability to be on feet for extended periods.
• Experienced in POS systems (Toast) and Google Office.
• Passionate about food and customer service.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills with results-oriented focus.

Primary Responsibilities:

The General Manager at our South Boston location will be responsible for:

• Planning and organization of entire restaurant, including operations, P&L management, and staffing.
• Quality assurance and control of food and service.
• Execution of caterings, pop-ups, and special events.
• Cooperation with the social media content creator to create buzz and attract late-night crowds.
• Recruitment of top talent.
• Development of relationships with vendors, community, and neighbors.
