Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant General Manager you’ll be responsible for all overall functions of a single restaurant. Selecting, training and development of the hourly staff as well as the management team will be the responsibility of the General Manager. The ability to lead by example and develop a team-focused environment will be essential in maintaining operational excellence of the restaurant. Maintaining an exceptionally high level of food and service quality will be a critical function as our General Manager. Ensuring compliance with all company guidelines in addition to safety and health standards will be responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager. As the Restaurant General Manager you will be held accountable for administrative functions such as managing food and labor costs, product ordering, proper inventory control, budgeting- P&L, and in restaurant human resource functions.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity

Open availability is a requirement for the General Manager

The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager

The General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager
