Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Siler City is seeking a top performer who desires to take their career and earnings to the next level!

We are seeking a sharp, driven leader who possesses a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the hospitality business.

***Annual cash compensation can easily surpass 100K***

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Top pay in the market, base up to 80K on day one
• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat
• Robust benefits package with M/D/V/STD/401K (note Leland location does not have 401K or STD)

General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced General Manager, overseeing at least 25 team members and 3 managers.
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground

Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!
