Our dynamic Management Team is composed of a GM/Managing Partner, two Dining Room Managers, a Chef Partner, and two Sous Chefs. We also take pride in our unique “Captains” program where an hourly staff member leads two management shifts a week in both the kitchen and the dining room – a testament to our belief in nurturing leadership at all levels.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager for our location in Scottsdale, AZ.

Role: Restaurant General Manager

As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of restaurant operations, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling they've received the highest level of personal attention. You'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional guest service that meets or exceeds expectations, and ensuring that the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.

You will manage Profit & Loss, adhere to cash control/security procedures, review financial reports, and take appropriate actions. In collaboration with the Area Director, you'll develop the restaurant’s annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs, while operating the business in accordance with the company’s policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
