Salary $100,000 - $110,000

Desired qualities:

• 5+ years GM & BOH management experience in high-volume and bar (minimum $4+ million sales volume)
• Must have full-service experience, with strong experience in curry cuisine
• This is a young brand - need someone dynamic with high energy
• Some culinary experience - able to taste test food and ensure it meets high standards
• Physically able and agile
• Personable and energetic with a great personality
• Enjoy being out meeting people, up-sell and promote the catering side of the business as well as comfortable managing the BOH
• Experience with following systems/procedures
