Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for leading all restaurant-level functions. This person will demonstrate leadership grounded within our concepts and promises and allow their teams to keep our promises to guests by continuously providing an Island Escape. The effective performance of the Restaurant General Manager will be measured by the continuous delivery of balanced results through our systems and strategies from the perspective of all our stakeholders. This can ultimately result in sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through people, results and business leadership. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the management team and will oversee their ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant General Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume general management experience
