Job Responsibilities:

Our Restaurant General Manager in Middletown, Delaware will be held accountable for the daily operations of the restaurant and for delivering exceptional customer service. The Restaurant General Manager will guide the staff in fully understanding their roles, procedures, and policies. Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for both our staff and customers to ensure a delightful experience is paramount. You will also ensure that all health, safety, and security standards are met. In addition, the job encompasses administrative tasks and aiding in maintaining a fully staffed restaurant. Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of current Restaurant Manager experience

• A stable work history - no more than two Restaurant Manager jobs in the previous five years

• Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

• Ability to build sales and rapport in the community

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
