Job Description:
The General Manager is responsible for implementing the business framework. One who consistently demonstrates the companys core values and embraces the company culture. The General Manager focuses on store level operations, personal performance, controls and monitors business results. A General Manager sets the tone for daily operations, takes initiative and always works with a sense of urgency. The General Manager focuses on strengthening their leadership team by coaching and developing Assistant General Managers and Leads. The GM provides clear direction to their leadership, holds the Leadership Team accountable and is the steady force in the organization.
Responsibilities:
Leadership/Management:
- Align team with Core Values and Mission.
- Build and coach the leadership team, including hiring, training, and weekly meetings.
- Motivate and support team members, fostering a positive culture.
- Handle training and development of staff.
Accountability:
- Ensure integrity, safety, and cleanliness.
- Maintain proper staffing, inventory, and equipment functionality.
- Support operations during peak times, fill leadership gaps, and resolve conflicts.
Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with the Operator and leadership team.
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure team accountability.
- Review reports (Food Safety, Licensing) with leadership.
Business Plan Execution:
- Manage schedules, payroll, and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor costs, strategize improvements, and oversee facility/equipment maintenance.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure a remarkable customer experience.
Requirements:
- Commitment to winning over or team members
- Dependable, motivated, strong work ethic
- Proven success with career growth in past roles
- Ability to stand long periods, lift 30lbs
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Strong organization and multitasking under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality
- QSR experience preferred
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree & ServeSafe Certification preferred
- Open availability, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
- Minimum 9-hour shifts
