Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of the restaurant’s operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow annual sales beyond $10M while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
• Foster an outstanding workplace culture, mentoring and motivating team members to excel in their roles.
• Ensure an exceptional fine dining experience for every guest through attentive service, operational precision, and flawless execution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve revenue, margin, and operational targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage top-tier staff, ensuring they embody the restaurant’s ethos and commitment to excellence.
• Monitor and uphold food safety, dining room presentation, and other critical operational standards.
• Analyze financial, sales, and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement impactful solutions.
• Build strong guest relationships, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining.
• A successful track record managing annual sales of $10M+ in high-volume concepts.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong background in creating and maintaining a premium guest service experience.
• Solid financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
