- Lead exceptional food, service, and facility standards through strong team accountability.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a full-service General Manager
- Strong Leadership abilities, flexible, and adaptable.
- Highly skilled at financials, managing costs and labor.
- High level of knowledge of health and sanitation codes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
