The ideal Restaurant General Manager candidate should lead operations, prioritize customer satisfaction, build a strong team culture, develop staff, excel in leadership, enforce standards, manage finances, communicate effectively, and inspire success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall restaurant operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and fostering a team culture aligned with the company values.
• Develop and nurture a skilled team, emphasizing continuous growth and career development within the organization.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, enforce operational standards, prioritize compliance with security and health regulations, excel in financial management, and possess excellent communication skills to inspire and lead the restaurant team effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• High volume background; must have Restaurant General Manager experience in concepts doing over $2 million per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
