About the Job
As a Restaurant Managing Partner you will be paid a base salary of $65k / year. You will share the financial success of your restaurant by earning an uncapped percentage of your restaurant level profits, monthly.

Experienced Restaurant General Manager / Managing Partner
The General Manager (GM) is the Burger Authority of a single Red Robin Restaurant whether they are on or off the premises. The GM is responsible for communicating and administering all company policies and procedures. The GM embraces an entrepreneurial spirit and is responsible for all aspects of profit and loss, being the top dog of talent & training, daily execution of safety/sanitation, building maintenance, quality food preparation and a superhero for guests.

Sounds Great! What’s the catch?
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Two years of General Manager / Managing Partner experience in a full-serve and/or fast casual environment.
- Experience managing / reading P&L required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
- Serv Safe certified recommended.
- Must be able to obtain alcohol service permit where required by law.
- Reliable transportation required
