Restaurant General Manager at Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc

We are seeking an energetic restaurant professional for the GeneralManager position for a beloved locally-owned restaurant in Durango, CO! This concept is well-established, staying true to its mission of delivering high-quality, nutritious menu options using locally sourced ingredients for the people of Durango. This position brings the opportunity to work with a tremendous team that takes great pride in its food, service and most importantly, its people. The General Manager will be the leader and face of the restaurant, with an expectation to deliver consistently high quality food and service.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $75,000 plus great bonus potential, health/wellness benefits, PTO, Paid Sick Days, 5 Paid Holidays, Retirement Benefits and no late nights!

General Manager Skills/Qualifications

• 5+ years Restaurant Management Experience, prior AGM/GM experience required

• Schedule availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Dedication to providing great service and cultivating a fun atmosphere

• Experience working/managing in both FOH and BOH
