Restaurant General Manager - Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc

We are currently seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager for an award-winning restaurant in Downtown Chicago. This concept incorporates cuisines from around the world in an elevated and finely curated space. Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Commensurate with experience) + 25% bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more!

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of high-volume upscale restaurant management experience
• Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with ease
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience with Micros POS, Avero Slingshot, Coyle, Bevintel, ADP, and Hoteschedules is a big plus
• Local or willing to relocate to the Chicago market

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational efficiency, quality of service, and guest satisfactory
• Interview, hire, train, and mentor all restaurant staff members
• Oversee financial planning, tracking, and forecasting
• Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding upcoming inspections, vendor deliveries, and high-profile guests
• Work with the social media and marketing team on upcoming advertising and branding
