Introducing our newest property with Noble House Hotels & Resorts -The Chatham Inn, Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel. A luxurious boutique hotel with 19- guest rooms that blends the soul of a historic inn with modern decor and amenities, along with a fine dining restaurant and wine bar.
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for Cuvee.

Job DescriptionA day in the life...
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead the front-of-the-house dining operations to include training the team in the proper set-up and delivery of professional, fine dining service experience to our guests.
Our salary range for this role will be from $100,000 to $110,000.
QualificationsYou own this if you have…
Previous experience as a Restuarant General Manager in a fine dining operation and wine knowledge is a must (with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)
Understand a Fine Dining Sequence of Service Operation
Knowledge of the Local Area would be great
