Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence in an upscale dining environment.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve their best, fostering a positive work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and maintain budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability in accordance with our growth objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold high standards for food, service, and cleanliness to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
- Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork to inspire and guide your team.
- Marketing & Promotion: Create and execute strategies to increase sales and foot traffic, collaborating with the marketing team.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales and financial performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, specifically in upscale or fine dining restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivating and managing a diverse team.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management, with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities, committed to maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
