Our hours of operation are 11:00 AM to 1:30 AM, and your schedule will be coordinated with other management staff for flexibility and coverage.

As our Restaurant General Manager - Bar GM, you'll oversee all aspects of our vibrant restaurant, bar, and gaming center. From ensuring food safety and alcohol service regulations are met to creating strategies for growth, you'll lead with a hands-on approach. Your day will involve collaborating with the owners to set budgets, developing exciting marketing promotions, and fine-tuning the menu to keep our guests coming back. You'll also manage the operational flow of the pool hall and restaurant, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. With your leadership, you'll inspire staff, resolve any issues that arise, and foster a positive, fun, and efficient work environment. Your strategic mindset will drive profitability and innovation, while your interpersonal skills build meaningful connections with guests, vendors, and employees alike.
